Mr. Purnachandra Rao Surapaneni

Purnachandra Rao Surapaneni left to the United States of America after finishing his B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from Bangalore University, India.  He obtained his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee in 1985. After completing M.S. in Computer Science from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville in December 1988, Rao worked on developing and maintaining application software at the Oak Ridge National Labs, Federal Defence Labs, Oak Ridge, Tennessee till September 1997.

Rao has over 28 years of experience in the design & development of software.  He has experience in all aspects of software development life cycle.  His assignments included working on Military and FEMA (Federal Emergency and Management Authority) projects.

He is currently serving as the Managing Director, Global Infovision Private Limited, Hyderabad, India focusing on BPO projects in the areas of Legal Coding, Document Management Services (DMS), recruitment and partnerships with various software vendors, product development, strategic marketing etc… in addition to the management.  He commutes frequently between India and the United States of America.

Mr. Sudipta Das

Sudipta was the Partner-in-charge of the Climate Change & Sustainability (CCaS) practice of Ernst & Young (EY) in India till November 2017. He had set up this practice twenty years ago and had grown it to be the largest practice of this competency in the country. He held various global and regional responsibilities within EY during his long stint with the firm and led several public sector as well as private sector client engagements in America, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. He held positions of Emerging Markets Leader (CCaS) and Global Leader (Carbon Management) of EY. A thought leader in the domain of climate change and sustainability, Sudipta has several articles and interviews published in media and his views on sustainable development in emerging economies is well received at international forums. A member of several chambers of commerce where he has been a prolific speaker on topics around sustainability, clean energy, credible reporting and risk management, he is the past regional president of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.

He left EY in November 2017 to start a new venture, Futurestation (www.futurestn.com), through which he is providing provide world class sustainability advisory and assurance services at affordable prices. He has built associations and partnerships with firms built by former Big4 professionals across several geographies to bring in niche expertise to clients in Indian market and similarly take specific high end solutions developed in India to serve the global market.  Futurestation is an associate of leading US environmental and energy consulting firm Progea.Inc

Sudipta is also mentoring two start-up companies in who develop cloud based solutions for risk management and training
