The 101st Constitution Amendment Act has been passed by both houses of the Parliament and 16 States have ratified the Bill related to GST, which is a landmark reform in indirect taxes for Indian economy.After implementation, it will subsume all of the country’s central and state level duties and taxes. This in turn will make the country a national market and contribute significantly to the growth of the economy. However, there is a great need for industry to understand and to prepare themselves for the paradigm shift in these indirect tax regulations. To understand the scope, ambit, opportunities and concerns in GST, IACC has decided to hold a series of workshops to disseminate knowledge with its Associate partners
