To assist you with your travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel accommodation, visa and travel insurance coordination, we will provide you with the contact details of our designated travel agent. They will be able to assist you in making necessary arrangements for your travel and stay. Kindly indicate below if you would like to receive the travel agent's details:

Registration Fees

Delegate                 : INR 1,00,000 + Taxes    

Accompanying Spouse         : INR 40,000 + Taxes

The above registration fee includes:

  1. Access to All Sessions in SUIT : Attendees will have full access to all summit sessions featuring prominent speakers, industry experts, and thought leaders. This includes keynote presentations and panel discussions.

  2. Networking Opportunities: Participants will have the opportunity to network with fellow attendees, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, government officials, and industry professionals. Networking sessions will be organized to foster meaningful connections and potential collaborations.

  3. Business/Factory Visits: As part of the summit, participants will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive business or factory visits. These visits will provide actual understandings of local industries, manufacturing processes, and business operations.

  4. Meetings with Ambassador/Consulate/Mayor/Governor: Depending on availability and scheduling, registered participants may have the chance to meet and interact with esteemed individuals such as the Ambassador, Consulate officials, Mayor, or Governor. These meetings can offer valuable networking opportunities and foster connections at the governmental level.

  5. Conference Materials: All registered participants will receive conference materials, including delegation booklet, program schedules, session handouts, and other relevant documentation. These resources will serve as valuable references during and after the summit.

  6. Meals and Refreshments: The registration fee covers meals and refreshments during the 2 Day summit, including tea/coffee breaks, lunches, and networking receptions. Participants can enjoy delicious food and beverages while engaging in discussions and networking activities.

  7. Visa Assistance: As part of your registration, we offer visa assistance to registered participants, providing guidance and support to facilitate the visa application process. Our team will provide necessary documentation and assistance to help streamline the visa application and approval process.

  8. Other Administrative Costs

GENERAL PROCEDURES:

  1. All other expenses (international airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, domestic/local travel, accommodation, food, etc.) to be paid by the delegate as per the actuals.

  1.  In case delegation is cancelled by IACC then Registration Fee will be refunded after deduction of actual cost, if any.

  1. In case of cancellation by the delegate, the refund would be:

  1. 75% prior to 45 days of the delegation date;

  2. 25% prior to 30 days of the delegation date;

  3. No refund if less than 30 days of the delegation date.

  1. In case visa is non-granted, 25% will be retained from the registration fees and rest will be refunded.

  1. Total cost of the travel expenditure per delegate will be informed once we know the actual number of registered participants.   

  1. IACC reserves the right to cancel and or change the delegation process at any stage without assigning any reason.

  1. IACC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications received at its discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
