Events in the last few decades have dramatically transformed Indo - US relations. There has been a steady progression with a strong allegiance on both sides to strengthen ties.

Whilst US has made significant investments in India, outbound investments from India into the US have been relatively limited in size and scope. However, lately a growing number of Indian companies are investing in the US.

To champion the interest of US business in India and Indian business in US especially for SMEs Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) has organized a event on ‘Doing Business in USA’ in conjunction with Indo-American Society and SME Chamber of India.

Michael E. Zatezalo

Zatezalo currently serves as the Managing Director of the firm and focuses his practice primarily in the areas of Real Estate & Financing and Gaming Law, for which he serves as practice chair. He has been with Kegler Brown since 1986.
