India is one of the largest EM bond markets that is yet to be included in major bond indexes. When these government bonds gets included in the global indices, they will come into the buy list of foreign portfolio investors and debt capital will flow into Indian markets.  This presence of diverse pools of capital in Indian debt markets would increase secondary liquidity in the debt market.
