Objective of the Session :

The US is listed among the top best places in the world in terms of ease of doing business, and has a quality of life index which is higher than in many other countries of the world. Mr. Kartik Mehta, Senior Manager at the Business Advisory Group of KNAV will share his experience on doing business in the US and focus on growth and value unlocking.

Mr. Shishir Lagu, Partner, KNAV and Mr. Kavit Sanghvi, Manager, KNAV will share insights on the guidance provided by the IRS on the TCJA as well as share key practical considerations of the impact on inbound activities of Indian MNCs, outbound CFCs of US multinationals and the far reaching consequences of the Wayfair decision.
