The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston (IACCGH) is bringing a high-level delegation on Ports and Infrastructure to Mumbai on December 4, 2014. The delegation will be led by Ed Emmett, the top elected official of Harris County. He is an internationally renowned authority on transportation logistics. The delegation is accompanied by Tom Kornegay, who was the longest serving Executive Director of the Port of Houston. Trade between Houston and India is expected to grow significantly with the Panama Canal expansion and natural gas exports. The delegation will also include Texas State Senator Rodney Ellis and IACCGH President and Executive Director.
The West India Council of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce is hosting the delegation and organizing an Interactive Session on Ports & Infrastructure on (Thursday) December 4, 2014 from 4p.m. to 6 p.m. at Banquet Hall No. 2, on 2nd Floor of Garware Club House, Wankhede Stadium, 'D' Road, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400020.
