Michael E.Zatezalo is the Managing Director of Kegler Brown Hill & Ritter. He chairs the gaming law area and represents charitable organizations, suppliers and manufacturers with respect to gaming issues. Also assists clients with real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, leasing (office, retail and industrial), tax abatement and other development ventures, zoning and land use matters and loan transactions.
S.Martijn Steger is the Director of Kegler Brown Hill & Ritter. He primarily assists clients with international business law issues, litigation and intellectual property matters. He has a particular emphasis in the resolution of international disputes and disputes arising in the field of logistics, which include the warehousing, supply and transport of goods. He has spoken on a number of mediation and international topics throughout the last fifteen years across Ohio and around the world, and has recently presented educational programs on Ohio's adoption of the Uniform Mediation Act and the particular issues that arise in international mediations.
Vinita Bahri Mehra, Associate of Kegler Brown Hill & Ritter, qualified to practice law in Ohio and India, counsels corporate clients regarding a broad range of national and international business transactions. Represents companies in legal issues related to India, including outsourcing agreements, joint ventures, tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, investment issues, technology, transfer, intellectual property and management and operation strategies. Focuses on litigation with emphasis in insurance liquidation matters.
