and assistance for obtaining US Visa through Business Executive
Programme (BEP)

Materials / Information required to be submitted
by the Chamber
members when approaching the Chamber for BEP facility.
Only for members / Companies that have made atleast one
renewal or have been in the Chamber for more than a year)
1) Photocopies of HDFC Bank receipts of US Visa
Application Processing fee. This fee is payable in cash or by
DD/HDFC Bank cheque favouring "US Embassy - Visa Fees". (Rs. 4600).
(Please check with the American Consulate, Chennai on the latest
fee details.

2) Letter to the Chamber (See
the model given below, Separate letter for each applicant)
3) Rs. 2000 per applicant as Chq / Demand Draft in favour of "Indo-American
Chamber of Commerce" towards administrative expenses.
4) Info on -
a) Purpose of Travel
b) Resident of India or Indian Residing in the US
c) State of Residence: (The state of residence should be the last
state where the applicant has lived atleast 6 months)
d) Have you ever been refused a US visa more than once in the last
12 months?
5) Passport Details of the Applicant -
a) Passport Expiry Date
b) Passport No.
c) First and Middle Name
d) Surname
e) Date of Birth
6) Please provide details of employees/Directors/Partners of your
company who have travelled to the US in the last six months.
(Details required - I) Name, ii) Design
ion, iii) Date of Travel to USA, iv) Purpose, v) Have
they returned to India, if not when are they expected to).
7) Printouts of filled up US Visa Application form, that is
i) DS - 156 and
ii) DS - 157
8) Pl fill in the US Visa application forms (DS - 156 and DS - 157)
online in www.vfs-usa.co.in
and store / save them. ( Do not book any appointment, Chamber will
do that)

Dear Sir
We, "Company Name", are pleased to be a member of Indo-American
Chamber of Commerce. As a member of the Chamber, we are interested
to avail the BEP facility to help us in the US Visa application
process.
The details of the person(s) traveling to the US, the tentative
date of travel and other details are given below -
i) Name

iv) Date of return to India
v) Place of Stay:

We agree that -
The information provided by us about the applicant(s) are
accurate and that the company will be liable for any consequence
arising from any information that is found to be incorrect
as it will be taken as 'willful suppression of facts'. The
Company will indemnify the Chamber from any negative consequences
that may arise as a result of processing my company's Visa
application through BEP.
After the Visa interview is over, it is the Company's responsibility
to ensure that the applicant returns to the Chamber the speci
folder that he / she collected from the Chamber.
The applicant's travel to the US and return to India will
be informed to the Chamber. If the applicant, indulges in
any fraud or rule violations, that the we come to know, the
Chamber will be informed about the same immediately. If the
applicant after reaching the US, switches company or leaves
our company, that will also be informed to the Chamber.
The BEP process is to help the member companies in the US
Visa application process and is not a guarantee to obtain
the US Visa.
We understand that the fee of Rs. 2000.00 per applicant is
to defray the expenses on administrative matters and is not
refundable.
