Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, Tamil Nadu Branch organizes an annual event “Doing Business with USA”. The programme aims to explain various methods and procedures for doing business in the U.S. for Indian companies. Mr. Hans Michael Kraus, Attorney, M/s. Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, U.S.A. , is the main speaker. The programme covers Legal aspects of Doing Business with USA, Acquisitions of U.S. companies, Marketing and Distribution in the U.S., Sourcing from USA etc. The Programme is usually conducted in November / December.
