Mr. Kraus has particular experience in structuring cross border transaction and overseas joint ventures. Mr. Kraus is general counsel for numerous foreign companies or their respective US subsidiaries and works almost exclusively in the fields of international business transactions.

Mr. Hartmann is the President of Transatlantic Sales LLC, USA. He has over 25 years of extensive knowledge of the business practices in both Europe and North America.
